Cheryl Ann Horn, Age 50, of West Milton, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born July 19, 1966 to Kenneth Paul Patterson & Wilma Jeanette (Thornburg) Fryman in Troy, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father. She will be missed and remembered by her husband Trent Allen Horn of South Carolina; children Jeanette (Zack) Ditmer of West Milton and Trent Horn of Myrtle Beach, SC; 5 grandchildren; siblings Amanda Pearson of West Milton, Allen Patterson of Xenia, Kim Provost of Grand Isle, VT, and Brandy Patterson of West Milton. Cheryl was a 1985 Milton-Union High School graduate. A memorial service to honor Cheryl’s life will held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with Pastors Andy Warren and Robbie Scott co-officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses c/o Hale-Sarver.
