David Marvin Shepherd, Age 73, of Ludlow Falls passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born May 23, 1943 to the late Jasper “Jack” & Loretta (Hall) Shepherd in Cumberland, Kentucky. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Linda (Mote) Shepherd of Ludlow Falls; son Derick (Amy) Shepherd of Brooks, KY, Michael (Gwendolyn) Shepherd of Cyprus, TX, and Dr. Andrew (Lacie) Shepherd of Springboro; grandchildren Kaylee and Jayden Shepherd, Hope, Cayman, and Gracie Shepherd; sisters Peggy Shepherd of Bradenton, FL and Freida (Lee) Cyril-Lopez of Del Mar, CA. David was the owner and operator of Marmax Machine Company. He also was a private pilot, owned his own airplane and was a member of AOPA and EAA. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 3 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Burial will follow at Center Friends Cemetery, West Milton.
