Donald P. Clark, age 72, of West Milton, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born July 20, 1945 to the late Frank “Whitey” & Lydia Melinda (Day) Clark in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his brothers Frederick and John Parker. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Judy (McCormick) Clark; son Donald Jr (Christina) Clark; daughter Mary (Todd) Agne; grandchildren Evan and Vivien Clark; sister Verna Derbyshire; brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws Linda Keyes, Bob (Linda) McCormick, Tom (Sandy) McCormick, Patty Spradlin, Debbie (Glenn) Byrum, Terri (Mitch) Roth, honorary family Amanda (Jason) Brown and Carson and Sam Brown; many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends. Don served his country proudly in the United States Navy on the USS Forrestal during the Vietnam War. He also was a Volunteer Firefighter in West Milton, active member of Eaton United Church of Christ and of Alfie’s Bible Study. Don also was in the Boy Scouts of America, past member of the National Muzzleloader Rifle Association, active participant in the Fort Rowdy Gathering in Covington. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 13 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with Pastor Roger Stine officiating. Burial will follow in Unity Cemetery, Laura. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Thursday, April 12 at the funeral home.
