Juanita Sass,

Age 90, formerly of West Milton, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit. She was born September 29, 1925, in Union Township, Ohio, to her parents Charles L. & Estella E. (Foster) Botkins. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert D. Sass; son Harvey Sass; brothers Paul, Ernest, Lewis, Kenneth, Donald Botkins; sisters Catherine Wilson, Hazel Clawson, Ruth Plantz, Betty Niles, Joyce Yuhus, Joan Bowling, Margaret Sturgeon. She will be missed and remembered by her son and daughter-in-law Jerry & Pam Sass of Tipp City; grandchildren Chad & Melissa Sass of Vandalia, Kristi & Chris Kleather of Tipp City, Kelli & Rick Szakal of Troy; 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 7, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
