Leonard H. Wintrow, Age 96, of West Milton, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his home. He was born January 21, 1921 to the late Henry Frank & Mary (Oda) Wintrow in Pitsburg, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Wilma (Meadows) Wintrow; daughter Judith Wintrow Miller; brothers Glen, Delbert, Ralph and Raymond Wintrow and sister Betty Jane Enoz. He will be missed and remembered by his son Leonard B. Wintrow of West Milton; son-in-law Bill (Millie) Miller of West Milton; grandchildren Dr. William (Lori) Miller San Antonio, TX, Bruce (Lisa) Thompson of West Milton, Steve (Brenda) Moloney of Cincinnati; great grandchildren Zach, Bethany, Sarah, Quentin, Molly, Emma, and Nolan. Leonard served his country proudly in the United States Army in the 825th Aviation Engineers in WWII. He also enjoyed gardening and doing yard work. A Graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Gettysburg Cemetery, Gettysburg.
