Marjorie Niesley

Marjorie Niesley, Age 103, of Union, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at Cypress Pointe Health Campus in Englewood. She was born July 15, 1914 to the late Jesse C. & Anna M. (Moist) Cassel in Washington, D.C. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond Guy Niesley and sister Roxy Clarabelle Boyce of Dayton. She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Ronald (DeLaine) Niesley of Union, Donna (Art) Bert of Dillsburg, PA, and Constance (Rolf) Hansen-Palmus of Verona; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother Jean Calvin “J.C.”(Rita) Cassel of St. Marys. Marjorie was a member of the Fairview Brethren in Christ Church in Englewood where she was the organist, and involved in the children’s ministry. She also taught piano lessons for many years and used her vocal talents in many church related venues. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 24 at Fairview Brethren in Christ Church, 750 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45332. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Englewood. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, February 23 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383.
