Richard “Dick” L. Noll Sr, 80, of 761 S. Main St., West Milton Ohio, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton Ohio. He was born in Laura Ohio (Newton Township) on June 20, 1936, the son of the late Geraldine and Herman Noll.  He retired from Hobart Corporation after 42 years of service and then a part time ten year employee driving cars for Enterprise.  He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren.  During his life he served his community of West Milton as a policeman and fireman. He was married to Norma Jeane (Wehrley) Noll.  He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 60 years. Mr. Noll is survived by his two children Rick Noll and Teri Smith Noll, and Christy and Mark Swigart, all of West Milton.  Grandchildren Ryan and Kristi Noll, Nathan and Jenny Swigart, Clinton Swigart (deceased), Ashley and Marc Garriott, Brock and Tiffany Swigart, Chelsea and Danny Chrenko.  Great grandchildren Mason, Adyson, and Isaac Garriott; Vivian and Jack Chrenko; Evelyn and Oliver Swigart; and Tessa Swigart. He is also survived by his loving sister Marilyn and her husband Lynn Yount, brother-in-law Douglas and Barb Wehrley, and sister-in-law Carol and Kent Stockslager. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2 from 4:00 to 7:00pm at the Jackson - Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main St, Pleasant Hill.  Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 10:00am at Jackson – Sarver with Pastor Nick Beam officiating. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be sent to Union Township Life Squad or Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren.  Memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
