Rick D. Sowers, Age 50, of Laura, passed away Friday, September 22, 2017. He was born December 15, 1966 to Dean E. Sowers and Regina M. Webb in Troy, Ohio. He will be missed and remembered by his children Ti-Anna (Jeremy) Lockhart of Arcanum, Danielle Sowers of Piqua, Ricky Sowers of Troy, Cory (Kayla) Sowers of Troy, Jeremy Sowers of Clayton, Parker Sowers of Laura, and Betty Sowers of West Milton; 2 grandchildren; father Dean E. Sowers and mother Regina M. Webb. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N.
