Roger Mills
Age 82, of West Milton, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2017. He was born September 13, 1935, in Troy, Ohio, to his parents Melville & Harriet (Francis) Mills. Roger retired from Dinner Bell after 30 years of employment and served in the US Army. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife of 59 years Donna (Newman) Mills; sons Bruce Mills of West Milton, Wayne & Stacey Mills of Columbus, David & Trudi Mills of Beavercreek; grandchildren Michael, Derek, Matthew, Taylor, Brandon, Megan; great grandchildren Brooklyn & Aiden. He was preceded in death by his son Michael Mills; his parents; and his siblings Mary, Tom, Dick, and Dolores. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, October 30, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Riverside Cemetery, Troy. The family will receive friends from 12-1 PM Monday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
