My sincere heartfelt sympathy to the Rice family. So very sorry for your loss. My prayer is that this precious promise from our loving God Jehovah provides you with comfort and hope in the days and weeks ahead. " ...He will wipe out every tear from their eyes , and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. " Revelation 21:4. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To Ronnie's family members,
My brother Jerry Walk and I grew up with Ronnie on Colwick Dr. We are so sorry to hear of his passing. In the photo he looks exactly like his dad. I wish we could have visited with him. I have fond memories of Ronnie and my brother Jerry growing up together. I was surprised to see the Scleroderma mentioned in his obit. I have been battling this disease for many years. It affects my lungs and is progressing quickly now.
I would like to hear from anyone in the family to hear more about Ronnie's battle with scleroderma.
God bless you all in this difficult time.
Your former neighbors,
Jerry and Wilma Walk

I am sad today that Laura lost one of its good guys! Ronnie was always there to help me at the Post Office and even taught me to sharpen my mower blades by myself! He was a great husband to Doris and a wonderful father to Becky and Wendy. My condolences go out to the entire family!

Dear Rice Family, we are so sorry for Ronnie's passing. We knew him first through the fire dept. He always had some funny joke to tell us. Meetings were never dull with Pete Fenner and Ron. Ron always made us feel welcome in the community even though neither of us had grown up in Union Township. What a character ! Doris, Becky, Wendy your families are in our prayers.
