Ruby Benton, Age 83, of West Milton, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at her home. She was born July 23, 1933 to the late Everett & Lilly (Callahan) Oxendine in Wilder, TN. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Benton; siblings May Wills, Eva Oxendine, Flora Fox, Barbara Oxendine, Elmer Oxendine and James Oxendine. She will be missed and remembered by her sons Quintlin & Erma of West Milton, Surman & Deb Benton of Keyser, WV, Timothy Benton of West Milton; special grandson Jason Benton; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister Mary Ellen Catron of Union and brother Bill Oxendine of West Carrollton.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 16, at the Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton with interment following at Dayton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 10-11 AM Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Troy Apostolic Temple, 625 N Co Rd 25A, Troy, OH 45373.
