Sanders, Timothy Kent

West Milton, OH- Timothy “Tim” Kent Sanders, beloved husband of Peggy passed away suddenly Wednesday afternoon, August 17, 2016. Tim was born October 31, 1955. His parents were Kenneth & Constance Sanders, dec’d, of Laura, OH. Survivors are his wife Peggy Lockman Sanders, brother Monte & Dee Sanders of Greenville and his sister Valorie Sanders of Laura, and his two daughters: daughter Jaime & Greg McDowell, Kettering, OH, grandson Zack McCarty, daughter Jessica & Matt Whitmire, granddaughter Kayla Egbert and grandson Hayden Whitmire. Tim graduated from Milton-Union in 1974 and worked as a carpenter, T.K. Sanders Construction for over 40 years. Tim married Peggy Ann Lockman on November 1, 1997 at Phillipsburg Emanuel Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg, OH. Tim was an avid movie buff, loved to carve, read, game, build and restore computers and work outside. He was a kind, hardworking, faithful, and loving husband. His clientele, schoolmates, and extended family will miss him greatly. The viewing will be on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton from 2-5 PM with a service to follow at 5 PM. Memorial Donations may be given in his honor to any Hospice, Cancer, or Heart charity of one’s choice.
