MILLER, Vivian B. age 86 of Union, Ohio passed from this life on Good Friday, April 14, 2017, at Hospice of Dayton. Vivian is survived by her son Jeffrey Miller (Leslie); her daughter Lisa Dorn (Todd); 5 grandchildren, Brian Miller (Darci), Andrew Miller (Lisa), Adam Willenbrecht, Erin Dorn, and Stephanie Dorn;  5 great grandchildren, Jack Miller, Maxx Miller, Maleigha Pope, Eloise Miller, and Beatrice Miller.  She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Jean Roberts, sister and brother-in-law, Lois and Harvey Huber, sister-in-law, Mary Jane Dynes; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur R. Miller, and son, Steven R. Miller;  her parents,  John and Hattie Roberts; in-laws, Clarence and Mae Miller; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Ralph Woeste; brother-in-law Charlie Dynes. Vivian was retired from the City of Dayton where she served as a court reporter for Dayton Common Pleas Court. She was a member of the Trotwood class of ’48 and the Circle 8’s Square Dance Club. She was a member of the Drexel United Methodist Church for many years where she met and married her husband; later becoming a member of Englewood United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 P.M. on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Hale-Sarver, with Pastor Bill Vine officiating, burial to follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, National and Welbaum roads, Brookville, Ohio.
