Wilma Faye (Harber) Johnston, 91, of West Milton, Ohio passed away at Koester Pavilion in Troy, Ohio on February 25, 2018. She was the beloved wife to her husband of 60 years, Charles Stallard Johnston. Devoted mother of Robert (Sherry), Dennis (Maxine) and Scott (Cindy) Johnston. She was devoted and loving grandmother to grandsons Andrew (Layne) Johnston, Benjamin (Becky) Garrett, and granddaughters Paula (Paul) Homberger, Pam Callendine, Katie (Adam) Fox, Jessica Johnston, Emily (Alex) Losecamp and Casey Garrett as well as 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Gray Harber of Pennington Gap, Virginia. She was born in Pennington Gap, VA on May 21, 1926. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Carrie (Ely) Harber, brother Olaf Harber and sister Ruby Bailey. She was a graduate of Pennington Gap High School in Pennington Gap, VA. Wilma was also retired from the Milton-Union School district in West Milton, Ohio. Wilma’s family will receive friends at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home in West Milton, Ohio on Friday, March 16 from 10 AM-12 PM with the funeral service following. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to Hoffman United Methodist Church in West Milton, Ohio.
