Amanda "Chris" Oaks

Amanda “Chris” Oaks, age 34, of Franklin, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. She was born May 11, 1985 to Robert V. Oaks & Denise L. (Clegg) Barnet in Troy, Ohio. She will be missed and remembered by her mother and step-father Denise (Bret) Barnet of Franklin; father and step-mother Robert “Bob” (Tammy) Oaks of Ludlow Falls; grandmother Judy (Hurley) Moran of West Milton; great grandmother Ruth Hurley of West Milton and siblings Emilie Oaks of Wakeman, Aaron Oaks of Saint Marys, GA and Laura Watson of Park Layne. Chris attended Milton-Union Schools. The family will receive friends from 10 AM- 12 PM on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Wheelock Cemetery, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Dayton, 2555 S.
