Barbara Theresa Eaglin
Age 79, of Ludlow Falls, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born February 6, 1939, in Bloomer, Ohio, to her parents Millard J. & Love Vetta (Carter) Mikel. Barb graduated from Milton-Union High School in 1957. She worked at Tom’s Garage as a chief tool handling assistant, at Vandalia Medical Center and Specialist as an office manager, and at Jim Wroda Auctions as the “Nut Hut” supervisor. She was an active member of the VFW Post #6557 Auxiliary and enjoyed sewing, baking cakes, going to drag races with her husband and wine and pizzas. Barb loved being with and taking care of her family. 
She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Irvin Eaglin and her brother Jim Mikel.
She will be missed and remembered by her loving daughters Jaci Seerat of Ludlow Falls and Julie Milligan of Castine; grandchildren Natasha & Brandt Miller of Troy, Joshua Vance of Richmond, Indiana; great grandson Thomas Miller; brothers and sister-in-law Art & Mary Ann Mikel of West Milton, Frank & Annie Mikel of Cincinnati, Ronnie & Sandy Mikel of Tennessee, Gary & Cheryl Mikel of Arcanum,  Linda Mikel of North Hampton, Ohio; sisters Charlotte Wroda of Greenville, Dixie Lowry of West Milton.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, June 21, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Gettysburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family from 4-7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 6557 Auxiliary, 7578 Fenner Road, Ludlow Falls, Ohio 45339. Online memories may be left for family at www.hale-sarver.com
