Barbara was a great lady, as everyone who knew her would be quick to agree!
I served with Barbara for several years on the FISH board of Union Township. She did a wonderful work as treasurer - for many, many years. She impacted the lives of more people than I can imagine in this ministry. She was truly a blessing to all of the lives she touched in many different ways. May she enjoy the heavenly, eternal life with all those people that she loved who went before her!

Kathy, Cindy and Shari, there are not enough words to express my heartache for what you are going through. I have been where you are now and the pain is unbearable. I have such great memories of your Mom with being in bluebirds and then campfire girls for 15 years with her as our group leader. She did everything with us and she was always up for a challenge. What great times we had and the lessons we learned and some that we taught her. I spoke with her at church just two weeks ago and enjoyed our little chat. My hear goes out to you all and your
families. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have many great memories of getting off the bus at the Hissong's for Bluebirds/Campfire Girls. Barbara was our leader. She was busy with all of us, that's for sure. We all learned a lot around the kitchen table and had so much fun, too! I think one time after our meeting, she taught us the card game Go Fish. Every time I go by your old house, I just think of GOOD TIMES of being a little girl with lots of friends in the kitchen!!
