Barbara L. (Oaks) Copley, Age 79, of West Alexandria, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 at Grandview Medical Center. She was born September 13, 1937 to the late Ora & Gladys Oaks in Dayton, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband Lacy K. Copley, sisters Betty Elliott and Judy Trent. She will be missed and remembered by her children Lisa (Paul) Steffey of West Alexandria and Lynn Kube of West Alexandria; grandchildren Dylan Steffey, Alyssa Kube, and Zachary Kube; brother Hugh (Margaret) Oaks of St. Pete, FL; brother-in-law Jack Elliott of St. Pete, FL; brother-in-law R.C. (Ella) Copley of West Alexandria; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.
