Betty L. Heisey

Betty L. Heisey, age 66, of West Milton, passed away on January 27, 2018.  She was born on October 31, 1951 to Forrest and Ida-Mae (Hereford) Powell in Troy, Ohio. She is survived by her husband, Paul D. Heisey; son David (Amy T.) Heisey and daughter Amy Newsome; 5 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several other grandchildren are surviving; brothers Larry Powell and Randall Powell of Troy; and many more special friends she has touched the lives of over the years. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM on Wednesday, February 7 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a celebration of life beginning at 6:00 PM.
