Charles A. Albertini, Age 82, of Vandalia, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Brookdale Centennial Park in Englewood. He was born July 4, 1934 to the late Charlie & Grace Albertini in Wesbourne, Tennessee. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Elizabeth (Leach) Albertini of 63 years; children Regina Faye (Kevin) Shawler of Arcanum, Charles David (Stevie) Albertini of Dayton, and Vickie Lynn Moore of Vandalia; grandchildren Shannon Peck, Michael Jr (Shyra) Smith, Jason (Tiffany) Albertini, Adam (Lorin) Dahlfors, and Laura Moore; great grandchildren Kaitlin Peck, Shyenne Smith, Makenna Smith, Isaiah Moore, and Xander Albertini; great great grandchild Avery Wortylko; siblings Roy Lee (Maxine) Albertini of Union, Betty Lou (Marshall) Ortages of Clover, SC and Shirley Jean (Buddy) Viles of Lake City, TN; special nephew Don Albertini and son-in-law Larry Moore. Charles served his country proudly in the United States Navy and retired from General Motors Inland Division. The family will receive friends from 11 AM- 1 PM on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
