David Lawrence Warnick, 85 years of age, of Englewood, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 21, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton. David was born July 2, 1934 in Farmersville, Ohio to the late Ervin and Nellie (Knott) Warnick. He was the youngest of seven children, and was preceded in death by Ervin (Mary) Warnick, LeJeune (Gene) Ireland, Joanne (Marvin) Hauge, and Robert Warnick, in addition to brothers-in-law Marvin Brewer and Lowell Whitehead. David married Anna Booker on July 28, 1956. He was a member of the West Milton United Church of Christ. David served in the United States Army and was discharged in 1959. He retired from Howard Schultz & Associates. David is survived by his loving wife, Anna, and daughters, Kim Warnick and Julia Jackson. He cherished his surviving sisters, Roma Brewer and Lois Whitehead. He loved his grandchildren, Jeremy (Barbie) Warnick, Jasmine Jackson (partner Gerald Taguacta), and David Jackson, Jr; and great-grandsons Riley and Austin Warnick. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Betty Warnick, brother-in-law Steve (Pat) Booker, and very close childhood friend Charlie (Norma) Tobias, whom he met in Sunday school. He also had a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Bethel Cemetery, Phillipsburg, Ohio; arrangements in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
