Gary William McGaffic

Age 61, of West Manchester, passed away May 29, 2017, at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit surrounded by his family. He was born July 20, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio, to his parents Roy & Helen (Semanik) McGaffic. He graduated from Trotwood High School in 1973, and earned his Associates degree from Sinclair Community College. On July 1, 1995, he married Karissa Kincer and together they shared a life for over 21 years. He retired from Fidelity Health Care as a registered nurse specializing in wound care. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Karissa McGaffic; children Jason McGaffic of West Milton, Jarrod & Delaney (Moore) McGaffic formerly of West Milton, Amanda McGaffic of West Manchester, Michaela McGaffic of West Manchester; granddaughter Haven McGaffic; mother Helen McGaffic of West Milton; sister and brother-in-law Debbie & David Aldrich of Tipp City. Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 3, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
