Ditmer, Jack L.,Sr., age 82, passed away at Spring Meade Health Center on June 17, 2017. Jack was born June 25, 1934 in Troy, Ohio to the late Merlin and Ida (Newmen) Ditmer.  Jack is preceded in death by his infant daughter, Jenny Lynn Ditmer, sister Judy Ditmer, & brother Jerry Ditmer.  He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife, Elizabeth (Partneck) Ditmer; his children: Patty & Denny Fryman of West Milton, DeDe Ditmer of West Milton, &  Jack Ditmer, Jr & Gail Petterson of Troy; four grandchildren & ten great-grandchildren; his brother Johny Ditmer of Phillipsburg & sister Janet Antic of Dayton.  The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM Thursday, June 22 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton, with funeral service following at 7 PM at the funeral home.  Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.   Memories may be left for the family on-line at www.hale-sarver.com.
