Joan Ann Fogle

Joan A. Fogle, age 80, of Curran, MI, formerly of Dayton, OH, began her journey home on July 20, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents Harold & Elizabeth Prior; daughter Kimberly Stein-Whitford and sisters Eileen Prior and Carol Stier. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Jerry R. Fogle; daughters Mari Ann Adams of Vandalia, OH, Marilyn and husband Doug Benedict of Dayton, OH; grandsons Douglas Benedict II and Dakota Adams of Dayton, OH; sister Phyllis Preiss of St. Paul, MN and brother Richard (Patricia) Prior of Dayton, OH. Before retiring, Joan & her husband owned and operated a real estate and insurance agency in Glennie, MI. Joan had a love for the outdoors-raising animals, gardening, listening to the birds sing and observing the beauty of the changing seasons on the farm she shared with her husband. The family would like to thank their special friends Ron & Sandy Carter and Mike & Lindsey DeJarlais of Curran for their help and support. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compassus Hospice & Palliative Care, PO Box 635, Atlanta, MI 49709.
