Juanita Mae Bissett

Juanita Mae Bissett, age 90, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Troy Rehab and Healthcare Center. She was born August 5, 1928 to the late Nevin H. & Frances (Lambert) Rasor in Troy, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Harold L. Bissett; daughter Diane Phillabaum and sister-in-law Marilyn Rasor. She will be missed and remembered by her son Terry (Sandra) Bissett of Clayton; son-in-law Dave Phillabaum; grandchildren Aaron Bissett, Jessica (Josh) Long, Aimee (Matt) Applegate, Allyson (Dustin) Perkins; great grandchildren Tucker and Mya Applegate and Payton Perkins and brother Charles Rasor of Troy. Juanita was a 1946 Milton-Union High School graduate and a lifetime member of Nashville United Church of Christ. She loved gardening especially flowers, vacations to Minnesota, fishing, cooking and bird watching but most of all spending time with her family. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Lynn Labs officiating. Burial will follow in Wheelock Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nashville United Church of Christ, 4540 W.
