Kenneth H Sanders

Sanders, Kenneth H.  age 80, of Troy passed away Wednesday December 19, 2018. He was born March 26, 1938 in Jenkins, KY, the son of William W. and Nancy (Rose) Sanders.  He is survived by his wife of 54 years Sharon, son Todd and daughter Beth (Mitchell Chamlin), as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives.
He was preceded in death by brothers Bill Sanders, Jay Sanders and Garnet Sanders and sisters Louise Hibbitts, Mary Walton, and Deanna Sanders.
Ken was retired from General Motors in Dayton, Ohio and a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was a member of First Baptist Church of Troy and was a long-time volunteer at UVMC.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, December 27, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Pastor Dale Christian will officiate with interment following at Dayton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from from 10:00-12:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank friends and neighbors who supported us. He will be missed by all who knew him.
