Lova Mae Wion
Age  94 of West Milton, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born July, 2, 1924, in Laura, Ohio, to her parents Lloyd & Maggie (Klepinger) Pierce. Lova graduated from Milton-Union High School class of 1942. She worked at Westinghouse Credit  at Roark Furniture in Laura and retired from Coate Burial Vault. She was an active member of the FISH, the Grandmother’s Club, the Senior Citizens, and enjoyed bowling in the West Milton league. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Willam “Jake” Wion; son Lynn Nollner; son-in-law Bobby Scheider; siblings Delbert Pierce, Evelyn Strawser, Naomi Shafer, Charles Emerson Pierce, Merlin Pierce, Vernon Pierce. She will be missed and remembered by her loving daughters and son-in-law Susan & Phillip Pickrell of West Milton, Karen Scheider of Lake City, Florida; grandchildren Brandon Pickrell of Grovetown, Georgia, Yulonda  Nollner-Gilbert & Ken Gilbert of Dallas, Georgia, Brook & Melissa Pickrell of Dublin, Rhiannon Johnson of Lake City, Florida, Dylan & Leeann Scheider of Lake City, Florida; great grandchildren Kayla, Christell, Kylee, Janyse, Graham, Eleanor, Ayden, Griffin, Callan.
Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, July 5, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Interment at Wheelock Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to FISH or the West Milton Senior Citizens Center. Online memories may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com
