Roy R Osborne

Roy R. Osborne, age 87, of West Milton, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit. He was born September 15, 1932 to the late Enlow & Elva (Barnett) Osborne in Kingsport, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Sara C. (Rigney) Osborne in 2017 and his parents. He will be missed and remembered by his loving daughter Rhonda G. Hines of West Milton; 4 stepchildren; 2 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 4 step great grandchildren and brother Ralph Osborne of New Lebanon. Roy served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and retired from General Motors Inland Plant. He also was a member of the Clark County Coon Hunters Club. The family will receive friends from 1-2:30 PM on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 2:30 PM.
