Sarah Jean Sprinkle, of Union, formerly of West Milton, lived a wonderful life of 87 years, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017.  She was born February 24, 1930, in Dayton, to the late Floyd and Jean (Knife) Kessler. Sarah will be in our hearts forever.  We love you mom.  Surviving Sarah are her children, James Sprinkle of LA, Jon Sprinkle of TX, Dan Sprinkle of OH, Ben Sprinkle of OH, Rebecca Chambers of OH, Joel Sprinkle of OH, Sam Sprinkle of KY, and Tom Sprinkle of KY; 21 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and siblings Floyd Kessler, Phoebe Swihart, and Mary Marshall.  She was preceded in death by son Paul Sprinkle; and sister Rebecca Honeyman.

Sarah was a homemaker, mom, and a 50-plus year former member of the World Wide Church of God, and presently a member of the Living Church of God in Columbus. She enjoyed playing the piano, drawing, painting, and reading, but her happiest time was spent visiting with her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 24, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St., West Milton.  Burial will follow in Wheelock Cemetery.  Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.  Online tributes may be left at hale-sarver.com.
