Sharon Thompson

Sharon Thompson of Union, Ohio, age 66, passed away at home on November 2, 2019.  Sharon was born on December 11, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to Robert and Mabel May (Rice) Mason.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Aaron, Gene, and Freddie Couch. Sharon is survived by her husband Dennis Thompson of 35 years; her daughter Michelle Tamplin; sons Josh Treiber and Joel (Bobbie Holland) Thompson; brother Don (Carolyn) Couch; sister-in-law Devona Taylor; Uncle Oscar (Zelma) Rice; 5 grandchildren – Kassie Tamplin, Coy Girard, Klay Thompson, Cameron and Mason Treiber; nephews Brian, John, Derek, and Dion Counch; parents-in-law Harold and Glenda Thompson; sister-in-law Kathy (Gary) Shambaugh; brother-in-law Steve (Cindy) Thompson; as well as numerous other family and friends.  A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2:00 – 5:00 PM, with a brief memorial service to begin at 4:45 PM, on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton, Ohio.  Private burial will take place at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville, at a later date. Messages of sympathy may be left for the family online at www.hale-sarver.com.
