Vernice M. Tussey, Age 94, of Tipp City, formerly of Troy, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 at Springmeade Health Center. She was born November 18, 1923 to late Floyd & Della (Spitler) Coy in Xenia, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her siblings Upton Coy, Herman Coy, Ethel Flaugher, Marie Baker, Lawrence Coy, Eva Coy, and Esther Haney. She will be missed and remembered by her loving daughter Marilyn (David) Fosnight; grandchildren Chad Fosnight and Heather Fosnight; great grandchildren Hanna and Emma Fosnight. Vernice was a member of West Milton Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with the funeral service beginning at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Milton Baptist Church, 1070 S. Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383.
