Wava A. Bramlage, Age 81, of Greenville, formerly of West Milton, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018, at the Brethren’s Home Retirement Community. She was born July 8, 1936, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Howard & Eva (Arbaugh) Maynes. Wava was a loving wife and mother who loved to travel and spend time with her family. On November 24, 1956, Wava married John A. Bramlage and together they shared a life until his passing in 2017. She was a 20+ year volunteer at Good Samaritan Hospital and was a charter member of the Mended Hearts. She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Karen (John) Jay and son Darren (Carol) Bramlage, three grandsons Jason (Julie) Ford, Nathan (Tara) Ford, Chris (Mary Ann) Ford, three granddaughters Nicole (Jason) Taylor, Deborah Smith, Kelly Bramlage, and great grandchildren Brody, Carson Taylor, Bailey, Trey, Myles, Eila, Alexis, Ryan, Jared, Chelsea Ford, Cameron Peyton, Keagan Smith, and Jaxson Hunter; loving niece Cheryl Apgar. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, June 22, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
