Wilbur Jacob Sarver

Wilbur Jacob Sarver, age 98, of Gahanna, formerly of Bradford, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018. He was born October 21, 1919 to the late Lowell & Pearl (Reichman) Sarver in Bradford, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Opal (Schauer) Sarver in 2005 and brothers Carl Sarver and Harold Sarver. He will be missed and remembered by his sons Gary (Doneica) Sarver of Gahanna and Larry (Janice) Sarver of Covington; 8 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren. Wilbur was a long time farmer and retired from Hobart Brothers in Troy. He also was a member of Covington Church of the Brethren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Covington Church of the Brethren, 101 N. Wall St, Covington, OH 45318. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, June 13 at the church. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
