Alisha Marie Starling, departed this world on December 28, 2025, at Miami Valley Hospital. Born to Lloyd Owen Eyler and Angela Louise Smith on June 20, 1989, Alisha's presence gifted the world with thirty-six years of unwavering love and infectious laughter.
With graduation from Upper Valley JVS, she emerged not only with an education but with a spirit imbued with dedication and purpose. Throughout her life, her role as a mom stood paramount, an embodiment of her nurturing heart as she cultivated a home filled with joy, learning, and respect.
Alisha's partnership with her loving life partner, Scott Allen Sanders, blessed her with a blended family that was the cornerstone of her existence. Together, they raised Anna, Eli, Aurora, Alaliyah, Ella, Scott Jr., Bentley, Raylynn, Oaklynn, and Jazmyne, each child a testament to Alisha's unwavering love and maternal grace.
Alisha is also survived by her grandparents Darrell and Martha Morrison of Sidney; sister Heather (Clint) Wolford; brother Owen Eyler; stepfather David Smith.
She was greeted in Heaven by her grandparents Terry & Sandra Smith, Harold & Glenna Eyler; her brother Andrew Broughton; many other family and friends .
Beyond her home's nurturing walls, Alisha was an ardent member of the APA Pool Association and the Piqua American Legion. Her love for playing pool, creating diamond art, camping, reading, and swimming, alongside the precious moments spent with her children cultivated a rich tapestry of interests, infusing her life with vivacity and pleasure.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, January 3, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family will the funeral arrangements Donate Here.
