Barbara Brumbaugh Obituary

Barbara Jean Brumbaugh, age 85, of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. She was born August 15, 1934 to the late Walter & Bertha (Cox) Cantrell in Nashville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Roger, Otis, Charles, and Kyleen Cantrell. She will be missed and remembered by her loving husband Herbert Brumbaugh of Covington; sons Rockie Brumbaugh of Kentucky and Michael (Sheryl) Brumbaugh of Brookville; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Barbara was a Roosevelt High School graduate in Dayton and worked at A.O. Smith as a welder. She also loved crocheting, knitting, painting and making ceramics. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Online memories of Barbara may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
