Age 44, of Laura, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021, at his home. He was born May 8, 1977, in Huntington, West Virginia. Ben graduated from Milton-Union High School class of 1995 and worked in sales with the MIT Corporation. He enjoyed shooting guns, fishing, and cooking out with his family and friends.  He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife of 14 years Melissa Kay (Roe) Fuller; sons Noah, Jacob, Caleb, and Ethan; parents Steven Fuller (Terry) & Nancy Jean (Gwinn) Justice (Tom); siblings Jason Fuller of Potsdam, Elizabeth Keckler of Laura, Adam Fuller of Laura, Hannah Fuller of Dayton.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, August 28, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Mote Cemetery, Arcanum.
