Bert Leroy Holler
Age 69, of Greenville, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born November 10, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio, to his parents Charles Franklin & Nancy Lou (Boggs) Holler. Bert graduated from Vandalia-Butler High School class of 1974 and attended Cederville College. On June 11, 1999, he married Crystal L. Holler in Englewood, Ohio, and together they shared a life for over 25 years. He retired from Greenville Technology (GTI) in 2020. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading and was a history buff. He was preceded in death by his parents and his in-laws Joseph & Alma Neff. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Crystal; children and their spouses April & Matt Patton, Jeff Brant, Sara & Eric Stamps, Jean & Aaron Moses; grandchildren Jordan Patton, Adrien and Shelby Cotterman, Timothy Brant, Matthew Stamps, Nicholas Brown, Madison Stamps, Emmett, Everly, Emelia & Tatum Moses; sisters and brothers-in-law Becky & Jeff Zimmerman, Nan & Jon Potter. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, February 28, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Interment will follow at Stelvideo Cemetery, Greenville. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. If so desired memorial contributions may be made the Wounded Warriors Project.
