Billie J Sturgill

Billie J. Sturgill, age 95, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital North. She was born June 13, 1929 to Daniel F. Riddle & Donna Belle (Farmer) Chapman in Lee County, Virginia.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy M. Mosley; sons Gary and Danny Mosley.

She will be missed by her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Gary Chapman of Red House, West Virginia; extended family and friends.

Billie retired from General Motors Inland Plant. She loved reading her Bible every morning and loved her family.

The family will receive friends from 11 AM-1 PM on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning a 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Montgomery County Humane Society.
