She is preceded in death by her parents and son Jason Williams.
She will be missed and remembered by her loving husband Robert E. Williams of 43 years; daughter Heidi (Steve) Barga of Piqua; Gregg (Robyn) Sigler of Kentucky; grandchildren Donald (Alexis) Inman, Danielle (Lance) Harris, Bryttany (Justin) Jackson, Amanda (Marty) Sigler, Jesse Sigler, Natalie Williams, and Emily Williams; great grandchildren Malaiya, Ayden, Miles, Nolen, Clay, Fletcher, Kaylea, Jason, Hallie, Gabe, Heath, and Lila Rae Louise; sisters Patsy Aviles of California, and Joyce Sigler of West Milton; and many cousins and friends.
Carol was a very colorful person and loved her jewelry. She loved to go hunting, shopping and fishing especially at Rice Lake in Canada. She loved to listen to Cher and Shania Twain as loud as the radio would go. But most of all, she loved her family. She was a great wife, mother, sister, grandma, and great grandma. We all have special memories of her especially the grandchildren and the back scratcher. She is going to be missed tremendously by all.
A celebration of Carol’s life will be held by the family from 2-5 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026 at the Piqua VFW, 8756 N. County Road 25A, Piqua, OH 45356. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. Online memories of Carol may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
