Age 40, of Medway, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born April 17, 1980, in Dayton, Ohio, to his parents William N. Charles & Christina L. (Oiler) Charles. Chad graduated from Tipp City High School and worked as an auto mechanic at Goodyear. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, four wheeling, and fishing. But, most of all, he loved to spend time with his children. Chad will be missed and remembered by his parents William & Paula Charles of Laura and Christina Charles of Piqua; children Katie Charles and Lucas Charles; siblings Angie & Josh Crespo of St. Louis, Billy Charles of Medway, Savannah & Adam Slorp of Dayton, Kameron Lefeld, Sr. of Dayton; partner Jess Ann Watts of Enon; mother of his children Amie (Byram) Charles. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, October 1, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Wheelock Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
