Charles L. Rasor

Age 89, of West Milton, passed away Saturday March 23, 2024, at Village Green Health Care. He was born July 3, 1934, in West Milton, Ohio, to his parents Nevin & Frances (Lambert) Rasor. Charles graduated from Milton-Union High School class of 1953. Charles was in construction with his father, sons and family. He built many churches and homes in the West Milton/Tipp City area. He lived in the Nashville, Ohio, area his entire life and loved to travel to his cabin in Minnesota. He liked farming, mushroom hunting, fishing and deer hunting. But his passion was his family and his holidays. He loved celebrating his birthday with homemade vanilla ice cream and fireworks. He is loved and will be missed.

He was preceded in death by is loving wife of over 60 years Marilyn Jean (Sibert)  Rasor; sister and brother-in-law Juanita & Harold  Bissett; son-in-law Jim Martin.

He will be missed and remembered by his daughters and son-in-law Kathleen & Chris Smith of Greenville and Bonnie Martin of Englewood; sons and daughters-in-law John & Lora Rasor of Florence, Indiana, and James & Susan Rasor of Laura; grandchildren Brian, Abbey, Mindy Jo, Brad, Rob, Stephanie, Jamie, Jayden; 5 great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Village Green Health Care and EverHeart Hospice for the loving care they showed to him during his stay.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 29, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with Pastor Kitty Kincaid  officiating. Burial will follow in Wheelock Cemetery, West Milton.  The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
