D’Ann (Study) Runkle, age 80, of Ludlow Falls, formerly of Kettering, passed away on May 17, 2026 at West Milton, Ohio. She was born November 28, 1945 to Ralph and Mary Pauline (Harter) Study in Dayton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister Gwen (Donald) Hamiel; brother Ralph Sheldon (Sylvia) Study; and her beloved pet shepherds Jackson and Suri and Arabian horse Snoopy.

She is survived and will always be loved and remembered by her husband of 31 years, Trenton; son Brent Hillard and wife Erin Stewart; daughter Michelle Hillard; grandson Cameron Loew and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

D’Ann was a 1964 graduate of Colonel White High School and retired from government services after 25 years where she installed and maintained computer hardware and software systems worldwide.
