Daniel "Dan" Henry Davis

Daniel (Dan) Henry Davis of West Milton, age 54, died December 30, 2024, when his life was tragically taken. He was born on April 6, 1970 to the late Norman Henry Davis and Barbara Ann Wenzler in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to his parents, Dan was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Michael Carr.

Dan is survived by his loving wife Lisa May (Brewer) Davis; children Logan and Nolan Davis and Regan Petrus; siblings Rosemary Carr (Mike Culver) of Centerville, Steve (Debbie) Davis of Port Charlotte, FL, Becky (Sam) Harris of Stuart, FL, Pat (Debbie) Davis of Valrico, FL; brother-in-law Daniel (Whitney) Brewer of West Milton; father and mother-in-law Wayne & Vickie Brewer of Ludlow Falls; nieces/nephews Lauren (Thomas) Patterson, Scott Harris, Chad Davis, Samantha Harris, Marcus Brewer, Timothy Brewer; great-niece Blaire Patterson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.

Dan grew up in Kettering and attended Fairmont High School. He went on to work as a plumber, handyman and coffee sales & service before spending the past five years as a stay-at-home Dad. He loved building Legos with his children and was a Star Wars enthusiast. He enjoyed being outdoors tending to yard work & chickens, gardening, and hiking, most recently on a trip to Mt. Rainier this past summer with his wife. He was creative, always building something, and had a hard time sitting still, probably due to the excessive amount of coffee he consumed each day! His family came first, and he always took care of whatever needed to be done around the house, putting the needs of others ahead of his own. Dan was a regular attender of the Brush Creek Church of God with his wife and children.

The family will receive friends from 2 – 6PM on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 6th at Brush Creek Church of God, 6370 Kessler-Frederick Rd, Tipp City, with burial to follow at Curtis Cemetery. Messages of sympathy may be left for the family online at www.hale-sarver.com. In lieu of flowers, a memorial tribute account has been created for the benefit of Logan and Nolan.
