David Yates

David Yates, age 61, of Union, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Kettering Hospital Dayton. He was born August 21, 1963, in Dayton, Ohio, to his parents Willard E. Yates & MaryEllen (Dan) Yates. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Chris Yates; sister Debra Hunter. He will be missed and remembered by his sister Becky (Yates) Lowry, David Yates; nieces and nephews Brandon Hunter, Kari (Dallas) Root, Kody (Amanda) Lowry; great nieces and nephews Dominic and Baden Root, Kora and Kylee Lowry, Bailey and Aubrey Brothers; cousin Conrad Yates; and loved by many extended family members.

David graduated from Northmont High School and was an avid fisherman. Private family services will be held with interment at Minnich Cemetery, Union.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
