Age 63, of West Milton, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024, at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born January 19, 1961, in Richmond, California, to her parents Donald Russell & Lela Grace (Howard) McKean. Debra worked at Koester Pavilion and enjoyed crafts, fishing, and camping. She was preceded in death by her Ronald Allen Maddox and her parents. She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Theresa Jurich of West Milton and Ronald Maddox of Tipp City; grandchildren Patricia Jurich and Donald Jurich of West Milton.
