Donald "Dude" R. Brush, Jr.

Donald Ray Brush, Jr. (Dude) of Dayton, age 57, passed away December 31, 2019.  Dude was born on December 22, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio to Donald R. Brush, Sr. and Norma J. (Kidder) Brush.  He is survived by his parents; daughter Danielle (Shaun) Pierce of Bradford; the mother of his daughter, Jayne Lewis, of Tipp City; and siblings David Brush, Doug (Karen) Brush, Wanda (Lyndon) Smaltz, and Angela Newcomer.  Dude was a stone mason and most recently worked as a construction project manager.  He enjoyed fishing, football, karaoke, dancing, and making people laugh.  Funeral services will be held at 6PM on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 4-6PM Monday evening before services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Recovery Council, 1021 N.
