Doris “Dodie”  Critz

Age 90, of West Milton, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born January 11, 1934, in Dayton, Ohio, to her parents Fred & Hazel (Beacham) Powers. Doris graduated from Vandalia Butler High School and retired from Chrysler Corporation as a secretary.  She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Critz; siblings Lester Powers, Marion Powers; Eldon Powers, Dale Powers, Phylis Wolverton, Francis Powers.

She will be missed and remembered by her stepsons and their spouses Gregory & Lori Critz of Dayton and Scott & Anita Critz Hollis, New Hampshire; grandchildren Lisa & Danny Borchers, Steven & Jessica Critz, Heidi Critz, Heather Critz, Brandon Critz; great grandchildren Liberty, Matthew, Cody, Cayden, Aliyah, Katie, Jordan, Skylar; great great granddaughter Aubrey; nieces Gloria Patrick of Troy and Barbara Legault of Dayton; and numerous extended family.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, November 14, at Center Friend Church, 8550 State Route 571, West Milton, with interment following at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday at the church with a funeral service to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Center Friends Church.
