James “Ed” Swafford, Sr.
Age 79, of Union , passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born November 14, 1941, in Livingston, Tennessee, to his parents Roy & Coy (Stout) Swafford.
He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Judy C. (Carmack) Swafford; children James & Amy Swafford, Joshua Swafford, Jason Swafford, Jordan Swafford, Jared Swafford, Joe Swafford, Jake Swafford, Jessica Swafford, Jamy Creech; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son John Swafford and his parents.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Monday, May 10, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Minnich Cemetery, Union.
