Franklin Dale Lockhart

Franklin Dale Lockhart, age 70, of West Milton, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024. He was born June 12, 1953 to Madora Marchal Lockhart in Beckley, West Virginia.

Frank will be greatly missed and remembered by his loving wife Diana Lee (Fogt) Lockhart of 45 years; mother Madora Lockhart; children Brittaney Lee Lockhart of Piqua and Quinntin Franklin Dale Lockhart of West Milton; grandchildren Sierra, Sydney, and Skylar.

Frank retired from the Miami County Sheriff’s Department after 44 years of service. He loved going camping, biking, and sitting by the campfire at night with friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Thursday, January 11 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Miami County Sheriff’s Department.
