Harold “Ranny” Randall Penny

Age 88, of West Milton, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Brookhaven Retirement Community. He was born January 11, 1933, in West Milton, Ohio, to his parents Harold Delphos & Delphia Mabel (Randall) Penny. Ranny graduated from Milton-Union High School and was a United State Marine Corp Korean War veteran. He retired from NCR and Garlock and was a member of the West Milton Lions Club and West Milton Masonic Lodge #477 F.&A.M. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife of 65 years Marcella Ann (Eastridge) Penny; children and their spouses Linnette & Michael Vagedes of West Milton, Colleen & Michael Hoover of of Avon, Indiana, Harold “Randy”, Jr. & Tara Burke of Troy; grandchildren Karie, Kasey, Andrew, Allison, and Tori; great grandchildren Jaxon, Mikah, Chloe, Finley, and Roman; brother and sister-in-law Ralph Thomas & Patricia Penny of Troy. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, November 22, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, November 21, at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Dayton Children’s Hospital.
